2007/2008 FIS Licence Application Forms Are Now Available
You can now apply for FIS licence online
To apply for FIS Licence online you need to:

Read the notes attached to the appropriate form before you start filling in a FIS licence application. Not reading the notes may result in having your application significantly delayed due to incorrect filling of the application.

Register with your Home Nation (apart from Masters, Telemark and Speed FIS Licence)

Have a credit/debit card with you - we accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCardBefore you apply, you can check prices here.
Due to an error in our system, we are unable to accept Maestro Debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause while we rectify the error.
If you are unable to pay by credit card, you will have to post a cheque for the correct amount, payable to Snowsport GB (or British Ski and Snowboard Federation). -
Have a British Passport with you - you will need to enter your passport number

Digital passport-size photo
If you are unable to upload a passport sized photo you must post 2 photo's to the office (address in the footage of the page) -
If you are under 18 your parent or guardian must be present when filling the application form
